No physical products are sold or shipped. No postal delivery, carrier, tracking number or shipping fees apply.
3. Access to the Website and Services
Access to the website is free. Certain content or services are reserved for users who have created an account and/or completed a payment.
Activation of access following payment constitutes full delivery of the service or digital content.
4. Orders and Payment
Payments are made online through the secure payment providers Stripe and PayPal.
Any order shall only be considered final once payment has been effectively confirmed.
Spatiora reserves the right to suspend or refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud or payment incident.

Digital content is deemed delivered as soon as:
-
access is activated on the user account;
-
a download link is made available;

Such availability constitutes valid proof of delivery under Stripe and PayPal rules.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is immediate after payment confirmation, subject to a maximum technical delay of 24 hours.
6. Subscriptions and Recurring Access
Certain services are offered as monthly or annual subscriptions:
-
the subscription is activated upon validation of the first payment;
-
payments are automatically renewed according to the selected billing cycle;
-
each payment corresponds to the continuous provision of the service and is deemed delivered.
Failure to use the service during a subscription period shall not constitute a failure to deliver nor grounds for a refund.
7. Services
Consulting or support services are deemed delivered as soon as:
-
the meeting has taken place;
-
the digital deliverables have been transmitted;
-
access to the service has been made available.

digital content supplied immediately after payment;
-
services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period.
By validating the order, the customer expressly agrees to immediate performance and waives their right of withdrawal.
9. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for:
-
the information they provide;
-
their equipment and internet connection;
-
